Beauty in Motion, straight from the Heart

With us, you will discover the depth of your dance
In ballet, every element of your body is at work. Every smallest muscle, every most delicate movement. Because true ballet takes both heart and soul.
That is why in our Ballet School you will learn to look at dance from an entirely new perspective. So that behind every movement follows its infinite intention.
An intention… of wonderful, profound fullness. As if every millimetre of your body's movement were meant to be, and to last, forever.
Like every breath of the present moment.

Modern teaching methods will let you spread your wings
We guide our students through our own specialised teaching programme, designed for rapid skill development. Groups are divided by proficiency level, and dancers are required to pass an audition assessing their abilities.
Professional Ballet classes are also divided into age groups. So if you are not part of the Master Group, you know you will be dancing with your peers.

PreparationFor Ballet Competitions
Ballet competitions are a unique stage experience and an important step in every dancer's development.
We offer professional competition preparation – work on technique, repertoire and artistic interpretation at the level demanded by the juries of the biggest competitions in Poland and abroad.
Every dancer is prepared individually, with repertoire and a competition strategy matched to their abilities and stage of development. Our students regularly reach the podium and receive invitations to European and world championships.

Our groups are divided by age as standard. Professional Ballet groups are: a group for 3-year-olds, ages 4-5, 6-7, 7-8 and 9+. The higher groups are the Master Group classes for Professionals.
Groups up to age 5 start from the basics. Higher groups are continuation groups, and moving up requires passing a skills examination.
Classically, all equipment such as barres, yoga blocks and stretching mats is available in the studio. Personal items to bring are, of course, ballet attire and pointe shoes. As needed, students also bring their own fitted stretching bands or ankle and wrist weights.
Classes take place with varying frequency depending on the age group. Classes for children up to age 9 run twice a week, while the 9+ group trains 3-4 times a week. The Master Group requires strong commitment, as classes take place every day, 7 days a week, weekends included.
Every student entered into a competition is individually recommended by their teacher. This assures parents that the dancer competes at an event matched to their current skill level and stage of development. This approach lets our students build confidence on stage and gain competition experience in conditions that support their further growth – rather than risking frustration through starting too early.
